The only week this category negotiates
North Island does not discount. Fregate, reopening in October, will — until the first festive season. Introductory rates are a window, not a new price.
The legends do not negotiate. North Island is eleven villas, three to five thousand dollars, the conservation model — the Noah's Ark restoration — against which the Office measures every other private island in this ocean. Fregate, before it closed for the rebuild, was filed at about three thousand five hundred to five thousand five hundred a night, full board, with a buyout only on application. Fourteen pool villas and three estates come back in October 2026. The Office's sentence is the useful one: a reopening is the only moment this category discounts, and the introductory rates from October into December will not survive the first festive season.
Below the legends the shelves are readable, which is rare. Six Senses Zil Pasyon, thirty pool villas on Félicité, from about one thousand six hundred and twenty-five euros with breakfast, and it will still do a five-for-four in the shoulder. Waldorf Astoria Platte, fifty villas, from about two thousand one hundred to two thousand six hundred euros, and the only one of these islands you can hold with points — near a hundred and thirty thousand Hilton Honors for an award night, then about four hundred and sixty-five euros a person a day if you want full board. Cousine is four villas and a presidential, from two thousand eight hundred euros, or sixteen thousand for the island and twelve guests. That is the connoisseur's shelf: more silence per metre, and no global flag to explain it to you.
How to buy October
If you want Fregate, buy the reopening months and do not assume they teach you the real rate. If you want the category without a first-season kitchen, buy North Island and pay what it has always asked. If you want a brand and a point balance, buy Platte and read the board supplement before you celebrate the award chart. Zil Pasyon is the shoulder. Cousine is a buyout or it is not worth the comparison. None of them is a night you add to a Mahé hotel because the beach looked short.
